Yeah, same as any other death caused by something other than natural causes. The husband's death has not been ruled a 'homicide' and police aren't calling it suspicious.

I don't see anything indicating that the woman hated her husband either.  And, the wife also became seriously ill and was hospitalized. 

I guess it's possible it was an attempted murder or murder/suicide, but it doesn't seem likely she'd use the aquarium drug when there are easier and more predictable means for that.
