I juice the celery with cucumber, kiwi, lime and ginger and then mix in a spoonful of the flax, wheat grass, oregano, basil seed and beet powder and serve over ice. Ive been doing it twice a day. That sounds super tasty. Good for you for being able to bring your blood pressure down.

Scallops wrapped in bacon and some cheesy noodles with broccoli.
I make a thing 1⁄2 cup of soy 1⁄2 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of Ginger I paint them and put them in at 450 deg for 15 min. Usually about 40 scallops that takes 2 packages of bacon.

I had a bunch of boneless pork ribs leftover from Sunday's cookout. I threw them in a meat grinder along with 10 cloves of garlic. Then I diced up bacon and onions, fried them, drained off the grease, dumped in the ground meat and added a cup of bbq sauce and 1⁄2 cup of ketchup. It's simmering now, but it tastes really good and the teenagers are hovering. I'm Polish/Lithuanian, so I'm calling it sloppy Pollock's
