I broke my finger a week ago and didn't go to a doctor hoping it will just heal on its own. It hurts worse than ever today.

 My brothers used to pull that stupid crap on me all the time.
I hope she comes in & says she's been seen by a professional. I've thought about her ever since she said it had its own heartbeat. That's concerning to me.

I'm going tomorrow morning. It doesn't hurt as bad today, but the tip is completely bent to the side. Not sure if it's just the tip thats broken or the whole finger.

If you bent the tip of your finger punching someone in the head, I suggest you have no idea how to make a fist and pack a punch. You should have been more American and just resorted to a handgun
