I live in a very special and exclusive area, I do however have to travel to less desirable and much unsafe areas. However i'm not the person most criminals would choose for a target and am very aware of my surroundings.  The biggest reasons to leave are traffic and red tape as well as being in a rat race. I make what most people consider fantastic money but it is so stressful and not worth it anymore.

I suspected something like that, but the trajectory for this world remains pretty grim. I see glimmers of hopefulness, but there's no telling how this is going to play out. Best to get to somewhere relatively safe before the shit hits the fan -- which still has yet to happen, IMO.
