In the summertime I have said a heat index of 110 doesn't feel any different than a heat index of 100. Once it is a certain degree it all feels the same to me and I feel like I could apply that to the cold as well.

...also, I would rather be cold than hot.

I'd rather be hot than cold. Dan the Tan(or Sunburned) Man.

I have that opinion because way back in the day I used to work with the racehorses and it would be so fuckin' hot I'd want to hurl. It was always easy to stay warm in the Winter because I was constantly moving in the barn.

It's 15 degrees here this morning so it must have been way colder where you are for you to be cold. I have snow too.  Smiley_emoticons_smile

No, it was in the teens and low 20's. Not sure if wind or moisture in the air contributed, but alot of people said the same thing. Today was warmer and snowing.

I don't know many people who view the wintertime like you & I do.

It's very cold again this morning, 19 degrees, it's gone up since I first got up earlier this morning. I'm under a winter weather advisory, snow is supposed to begin falling overnight tonight.

When I was a kid growing up in the North Country people plugged their cars in at night so the engine block wouldn't freeze, do people still do that? I never think to ask, probably because I know they don't get snow up there like they used to.
