They don't care. Generally speaking, most of the people reading & posting in this thread don't care about anything outside of the perimeter of their own homes. For example, Sally has the resources to take her daughters outside of the United States in order to get an abortion if needed or to get birth control or access an IVF procedure. The average person won't be able to access any of that, and this is just one thing!
