What didn't add up? I watched that all go down in real time. I saw ashley babbit the domestic terrorist get shot and I watched her being removed from the Capitol, at that point I'm pretty sure she was already dead.

You saw the heavily edited version. The unedited footage clearly shows a staged event. If she had bled out there would have been a huge pool of blood.

I think it's mostly about control, and I think the Republican party for the most part supports it. Neither party wants the plebs getting uppity. They know the economy is going to shit and they have no intention of reversing it. We've been sold out. Will Trump try to reverse it if he's reelected? I doubt it, but stranger things have happened.

I'm still having a difficult time finding the US Code definition for "insurrection".

Me . . . I don't believe the people who "stormed" and vandalized the Capital were insurrectionists.

Vandals and rioters, yes . . . but not insurrectionists.

And Trump inciting them?  That's a reach.

Maybe he committed libelous sedition . . . instead of incitement?

Now where is that definition of "sedition" in the US Code?

I believe the Brennen Center for Justice (NOT a pro-Trump collection of individuals) forwarded an opinion, to the Committee, addressing these issues.

On a positive note, I am glad that Kamala has adopted three Trump campaign proposals into her platform.

That was a healing moment for me.
