ISRAEL VS. PALESTINE...AGAIN

Netanyahu is destroying Israel. The people who want to save Israel want him gone. The doctrine of total victory has failed spectacularly. Trump won't acknowledge this publicly but I think he will do everything he can to get him to step aside because that's the only way Israel can be saved.

If your analysis is true (Trump bumping Bebe out), then it seems he WAS the right choice, if the American people really care about the Middle East, to mitigate the conflict.

Russia has made it clear that it won't stand by while Iran gets the Iraq treatment. The air defense systems it gave to Iran are cutting edge and stopped the last Israeli attack dead in it's tracks. F-35's, mind you, the best we have. Iran also has thousands of hypersonic missiles that can't be shot down, some having multiple warheads.

Trump loved Bibi when he was strong and held all the cards, now he's weak and hanging on by a thread. Trump probably pities him at this point. Would he want to risk a hot war with Russia and the possibility that Iran would target the oil production of the few allies we have left in the region for his sake? Plus, Israel is on the brink of civil war. The "moderates" want to salvage Israel's standing in the world and repair the damage to it's economy and politics, Bibi wants to hang on by giving the "settlers" everything they want, including control of the IDF.

Whatever Trump decides to do, he's walking a tightrope.

That doesn't inspire confidence at all! He is an enormously stupid man who has no interest in learning.

OMG that is so true! It's like I was feeling it and you said it. I have always loved Jewish people, interested in their history, their journey, their culture. Love how talented they are and feel for them regarding the Holocaust. Netanyahu has trashed all that goodwill and support like mine that people have given the Jewish people because of his insanity. I saw them being violent against their own people who were against murdering innocent civilians. It's so evil to watch.

I really hope they can get rid of Netanyahu but they have made some dodgy deal before the election and Jared has his eye on beachfront in Gaza. Him and Ivanka thought nothing of taking 2 billion for Khashoggi's life in order to turn a blind eye whilst they killed him. It's that same callousness for other human beings.

I say "Do nothing.  Let Iran or an Israeli civil-war finish this."

Russia won't do squat . . . unless Putin truly believes the US and NATO won't rain hell down upon them.

If this whole escapade evolves into the predicted WWIII, at least the climate change issue will become moot.

One less thing to worry about.

Money is money . . . however gotten, it spends the same.

Maybe she'll name a break or a condo development after him.

That would be sweet!

What sort of hell does the US have to rain down on Russia other than nukes? Our conventional forces are badly outdated, their missile technology is at least one generation ahead of ours, and their early warning system guarantees mutual assured destruction. A preemptive strike would be suicide for the US and Israel. Is Trump crazy enough to do that? Maybe, but the hell won't be limited to Russia.

Russia is heavily invested in the region and holds most of the cards at this point. Our influence has waned, theirs has increased. The world is far different than it was when Trump left office, his influence will largely be limited to the EU, which is an irrelevant and fractured entity. His tariffs will be as effective as the sanctions against Russia have been; which ironically enough, have crippled the EU.

Was it all by design? Let's ask Larry Fink.
