Probably and I'd just fill it out for him. I already fill it out and sign it for him anyway. I even sign his checks for him. If he croaked I could keep him alive for quite a while.

I seriously want to know why people do that kind of thing to themselves. I get that people like to express themselves through their clothing, hair, makeup, stuff like that, but I do not get this at all.

hah   it's got nothing to do with expressing themselves,  and everything to do with how uncomfortable they can make you feel.   People with lots of facial tats,  or facial piercings are not trying to Express themselves,   they get off on making the people around them uncomfortable with  their looks.
