If could go back in time, when Ant offered the private and personal favor of a fast and easy conversion ... and a quick conversion of the theme that would take "no time" ... I would say NO THANK YOU and just have stayed put.

When someone does you a favor and you start to see that it's more complicated and taking more time than expected then common courtesy would be to say '"hey, I don't expect you to do all this for free, what are the incidentals and what do you think would be fair". You make sure you get a straight answer out of them so you can avoid this kind of situation. Did you do that?

I hear where you are coming from but there was no context for that type of inquiry at the time. There was no delay that I was aware of that cost her money. We were just both meeting up at later times to deal with the wait of my domain transfer, something she needed from D, etc. In fact at one point I said something to the effect of how I feel bad it is taking more than one day due to the wait ... she said no problem at all. We have been through similar scenarios together in the past so I didn't think anything of it. It wasn't until after the site was all transferred and a month later (or whatever it was recently) that she decided to "expose" me publicly as she was getting angry with me for attacking Lumpy so much. Drama queen control-freak "take things out on Frank" mode I felt. The trust factor on this back-stabbing bitch trying to humiliate me after offering me a simple site conversion favor just boiled over.

To call the tweaks and inquiries that followed some form of request for weeks of custom code work is absurd. Just like it would be absurd for me to ask her to pay for changes I've had coders do to features I've produced, where she found bugs or had complained about them for her sites. at one point I was spending a lot of money having mods (plug ins) developed that I let her offer and install through her site that offered such services, since she was as friend.

She has obviously gone into hate Frank and exaggerate mode. Weeks of custom work for some tweaks? They could make up anything ... thousands of dollars worth. I've paid coders $100 for a new major feature. I've paid coders $40, $60, ect. for entire new plug ins. I have a hard time believing that I even came close to asking for work to be done just for my site that even approached her cost for one new plug in. But I will stay open for kicks.

OK Ant, here we go. How much money did you pay D just for shit I wanted? Please list what I asked for that could reasonably be taken as a request for custom code work versus a little fucking tweak or question. Go ahead. Provide the link to my request if possible and the money it cost you.

I want to see what you were charged for by D for what I presume are my comments in some thread where I expressed that something looked wrong. I assume if it was just for me you would have said hey, it is going to cost this much for that change or something, but you didn't. So please go ahead and list the costs for whatever the fuck it is.

I assume the conversion was of no cost and the theme work, or are we going to go back in time and charge each other for time and favors with help? I can't imagine that. So it comes down to what D charged you for some tweaks you made just for my site - tweaks on things you are not using for distribution or sale, but were coding work just for my site, correct? I fucking hope so.

Since you've made everything public, please list the work done so we can see if approaching this from Sally's perspective even works. I don't trust you any longer due to your lack of communication, overly critical nature, and lack of ability to take this shit up with me privately ... and now you blame me for losing clients to boot ... but I will give it a last shot.

List specific dollar amounts, please.

OK this is the last time I'm going to address this. You're going to have to do your own homework because in every post I made about this, I never said I wanted more money from you. My replies and statements have been pretty consistent where you seem to reply with stuff I have not said or twisted my words in such a way to accommodate your view of what I said.

The mods I paid Dylan for are indeed on my site. My now closed site. YOU COMMENTED on each of those mods.
Dylan mentioned you can obtain these mods via subscription in the Complaints thread. I didn't complain that I paid Dylan to do these I complained that I had him stop what he was doing for me to help YOU.

So, if you bothered to read and not skim my first two posts of this thread you'd understand I don't want money from you. If I did I wouldn't have refunded you plus the extra $20 for use of your crappy mods for two months.

You are way up on the cost of mods per site so that's a non issue now.
I never said MOVING your site to the VPS would be easy.
I never said that you would have no involvement in the set up pre-merger.
I DID say the merger would be easy and it was.
I'm sorry you couldn't be bothered to pay attention to our talks and I'm even more sorry I didn't save every friggin email to prove it.

All I did was call you cheap and pointed out all I did for your shitty behavior toward me and Dylan. What we got in return was a loss of business for both of us.

What I did was not untrustworthy - maybe out of line to do it openly, but what you're doing is far worse. You're taking this to the level to harm two people's financial gain. I didn't cause you financial loss, you did to me by calling me untrustworthy in such a way that people will think I will steal from them. Isn't that slander?

But don't worry - I'm disassociating you from all my sites now and you wont' have to worry about any kind of personal involvement with such an untrustworty bitch full of trickery to rob you out of house and home.

We both could have handled this better but after seeing how vindictive you truly are, I don't think you'd behave any differently off Mock than you would in private.
