Why? You find it amusing to have a member that does that shit? Mocking is one thing. I read here, so apparently I'm down with that. What Julie does is different. Are you so liberal you don't understand the public trust? If she did what she did quietly, it wouldn't be a big deal. But she doesn't. She brags about it.
It's wrong, MF. It is simply wrong. Government agencies have rules about it because it is a danger for some organizations to have employees who behave in that manner. If you are a truck driver nobody gives two shits. If you are paid by a private employer, again, nobody gives two shits because that employer can fire you at will. If you accept a government job, especially one that includes matters of national security, you agree ahead of time NOT to do that. NOT to post information that critcizes or endangers your agency in ANY WAY. If you can't refrain from doing that, DON'T TAKE THE JOB and DON'T TAKE THE MONEY. Simple.
She knows she could be fired for what she has done. That's why she took down the dare to turn it into the OIG. Who needed to know where she works? What did that matter to a mocking board? But she did. I can just laugh at it like you, or I can remind her of her responsibilities to her employer (which happens to be this country).
I see people fuck off on the public dime all the time. It causes problems.
Am I crazy to actually care that the taxpayers of my state get an honest employee? Crazy to feel that way about federal employees? I may be one of the few who still cares, but I am not wrong in this.
Examine instead why you don't care.
I have a family member in Afghanistan right now. He is my heart. Julie shits on the ideals and institutions that help keep him alive. She can fuck off. I have no apologies to make.
