She hosts her mommy forum from work. She posts her real name there and makes fun of the other people she works with WHILE AT WORK. How fucking stupid is she?

She got the job based on preference points for serving in the military and points for being black. Should she have that job? I'm not so sure. I don't know her job performance, but what she does on and off the clock on the Internet should maybe be a factor.
