Me, I wouldn't give a fuck if it was on hot air baloon 24/7. I wouldn't want my site to have that, be a home to it, condone it, be liable in any way, etc. I would want my site to be safehaven from the idiots like OP and Lumpy, or even you, that are so willing and interested in posting people's private or personally identifying info.
The actual info and those that desire to get into that type of info is something I would not welcome, lawful or not.

There is a limit on the personal info of someone just because you have access to it somehow. You generally should not post people's real name, Social Security number, phone number, personal stuff like that. The exception is that you can post a link to any public website, or post any information they themselves have posted.
