I've had to ban him at my other site in the past, yeah. But that's old news. He has always been a very immature person who enjoys pushing buttons and the rules. Basically, he is an immature asshole and I guess he is extra riled up because of my relatively recent clique-busting, punk-slapping ways that doesn't have admin responsibilities he can play off of count upon.
It's like watching a schoolyard bully going into "save face" mode after being chewed out by a teacher or something. Plus, he is a bit emotionally unstable and dyes his hair, so that factors in as well.
