Prison Cells should be 4 feet cubed. That means an average prisoner cannot stand up, lie down or do any of the normal stuff we take for granted. There should be a single brick removed from the wall for light and air and one prisoner to a cell which s/he never leaves and there is a slop bucket that is emptied, not cleaned, by some asshole on Community Payback. This would solve gang warfare, bullying etc and the only humanitarian thing I'm giving them is that while they are one person to a cell, they cannot get raped. But maybe I should make an exception for paedo's as they like company and let them stay with another prisoner that can rape them daily and have them as their personal bitch. Prisoners would also be naked and have a single blanket that is never washed. If they ruin it then tough. They sleep on the floor and there are no possessions in the cell, no water, no toilet, no mirror, no light, no electric, no hvac and no human contact, information, tv, or radio or visitation other than the bitch idea above. Food is basic, bland and the same every day. Let's see how many want to return. think of the savings in terms of guards wages - a single guard could watch over a whole wing.
