Is it normal behavior for family to start planning services before an ID has been made? I get that they thought it probably was her body but, I'd be fighting something like that every step of the way. I already think the mother is a half wit for letting her kid go with that young man, this just adds to my disgust of her.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't give a fuck that this isn't very nice to say. People should parent their friggin' kids and they would stand more than half a chance of making it to adulthood.
