Alaska standoff continues.

UPDATE: The standoff between state troopers and the man they say killed two police officers in the Southeast village of Hoonah has ended this morning.
The man, who troopers say shot two police officers and then barricaded himself in his home, has surrendered, said interim city administrator Bob Prunella.
"It's over," Prunella said. The alleged shooter, John Marvin Jr., 45, is alive, he said.
marvin is an Alaskan Native (indigenous peoples of Alaska) Tlingit. he had a previous encounter with the officers where he needed to be subdued with a taser, and had mental health issues.
