Scariest place I ever drove was Boston during the Big Dig. Oy vey! Massachusetts in general was a horror, people taking the right of way and those horrid traffic circles. Not to mention being allowed to drive in the breakdown lane at breakneck speed and being able to run a red light after stop if there's no other cars around.
Do unto others then run like hell!
