Local story here over the last couple of weeks. I'm interested in your opinion, LC (and others, but this should hit close to home for LC)

Personally, I think the felony charges are a bit harsh....but at the same time, a detective should be the first person to know how to properly keep a firearm in a secure place. As it stands, I'm sure she feels completely awful about the incident, as would any adult that made the same mistake.
And holy shit.. when you first look at her picture...didnt you honestly think it was a guy? Holy bull-dyke batman!
