Edit: Also I can't figure out why the children's mother would be charged in this... it wasnt her gun ???? Should she be held liable for the negligence of another? I guess perhaps if she had noticed the weapon on the nightstand prior to the indecent, and did nothing to secure it...
But at the same time, both my current, and ex wives wanted absolutely nothing to do with coming close to my guns.. they wont even touch them....
