Funerals are considered public events!?! That's fucking nuts! I was thinking about it...you typically pay for a funeral, right? So to me, it's akin to someone purposefully wrecking a wedding, for example. Morality aside, from a monetary standpoint, one OUGHT to be able to sue someone for the costs and associated emotional distress resulting from something like that.
