It's hard to know where to begin on this one.
The first thing that comes to mind is how dangerous it is to live where the surname "Bumpass" would be common.
The next thing would be to question the father (if there IS any) to see what he may have been thinking when his daughter said, "Dad, this is Bumpass, my new boyfriend."
Yeah, it's tragic, but...damn.... BUMPASS should set off something in someone's head.
