Vote, i made you a member also. good post, and although i am prejudiced in favor of police, i do feel there was a problem at scene of fire. but no 'kidnapping' was reported until next day. and a defense attny. will have a field day with contamination issues. sadly.
a conviction can be obtained w/o a body, but of course it's better to have some evidence of cause and manner of death.
all i can say, since i don't want to judge the police, is they have to be holding info back so as not to taint a jury pool.
the only good thing in public domain now is that she admitted to writing ransom note. there is NO WAY to explain that except complicity. i still think she'll throw her husband under the bus too.
