they let civilians in the jail to serve food to inmates??? jesus! that invites all kinds of problems. and a FELON "minister"??
ministers visiting inmates in my sheriff department's county jail are vetted and allowed to visit one-on-one and/or hold services. they sure as hell are not serving food. all kinds of contraband can be introduced that way.
