Samantha: Seems like the group has hired an attorney and is now threatening everyone who has "slandered" them with a lawsuit. I got a cease and desist notice from the group, telling me to stop investigating. (An act that I will not stop)

anyone can sue anyone else for anything if they think they have a cause of action (and the filing fee). and the court knows what to do with frivolous lawsuits. those boilerplate cease and desist letters are worth as much as a roll of charmin. actually, they are less meaningful. and probably scratchy.
