If you make this, get a roll of breakfast sausage (either hot or mild, doesn't matter, I usually get the spicy kind) and get the pre-shredded cheese so you don't fuck up your nails. Get the coarsely shredded cheese, not the fine. Use real Bisquick. Use a baking sheet with sides, so grease doesn't make a mess in your oven (you don't have to oil the baking sheet). Drain them on paper towels when they come out of the oven. You can't fuck it up.
