I like to fuck rich people.
These same ideas started the union movement in America. Then the unions priced themselves out of jobs that went overseas, now we are back at square one. Can you let poor people run the country if they can't keep their own lives together? I don't want some dumbass who bounces checks making decisions for me. It's bad enough we let stupid people vote.
I think the problems lay with middle management. The guys who own the companies should be rich, the folks in the middle shouldn't be part of the rich guy group. That's what fucked us, when people who shouldn't have been rich suddenly were given too much money and power. They couldn't handle it. Rich guys need to take a more active role in their companies, dump the guys in the middle (or reduce their pay and benefits by about half to keep them hungry), and let a little more trickle down to the actual workers.
But who gives a shit what women think.
