Me? Hell no. I was a partner in a small financial firm though before I retired to stay home with my kids. The managing partner was an arrogant fuck and I detested one of the other partners so work wasn't "fun". They were even, sometimes downright mean to me *gasp*. But nobody ever said work was fun, you have to work your ASS OFF to move up the ladder in most companies (I know I did) and benefits are just that--benefits (and they're negotiable like anything else).
What's that tired saying? You want "fair" go to a carnival or something? This is a capitalist society and for the most part, I think everyone has equal opportunity (although it would suck to be born dirt poor, with no one to encourage you towards college etc.). Still. Move up the company and take over if you don't like the lot you've been given.
