With that being the case,I would have to believe also that you know you statement about it being a capitalist society and everyone having the same opps is really not always a factual comment...in fact rarely.
If your a female you can move more quickly up the ladder by who you blow or lay or what you choose to overlook....for men,..it's who's ass you kiss and how much you sell your soul and morals in the search for fame and fortune and how many you can fuck over and step on to get there.

Yes, I was in management. I think I was a pretty damn good manager but I definitely fired my share of slackers. Worse, we had layoffs and I had to let people go that I would have liked to keep. That's sad but it's business.

You make a lot of generalizations. There are some people that are immoral (and that includes blue collar workers) but to paint all company owners (or all rich people) as somehow corrupt? Look at the Gates foundation. Or Warren Buffet.
