The New Year Thread

Have we no lives or what? You all do realize ir is 10:27PM Eastern time...on New Years Eve and the most exciting thing we have to discuss is how to say 2011.

There was a time (pre-kids) where on New Years Eve (and Halloween and every other holiday), I would dress up in my best slutty clothes and head out to the clubs and drink and dance the night away until all hours of the morning. It seemed fun then but now, I think I'd rather have a root canal.

We took our kids out to dinner with some friends/family. My husband just took the kids to a movie and when he gets back, we'll probably watch the New Years Eve events on t.v. until 12:01a.m. at which point we'll all promptly go to sleep.
