It's a little easier to run out of the way of a car versus a bullet. Unless they all lined up like bowling pins and just stood there, I'm thinking he might have hit fewer people with a car.

and if he only killed two or three with a car then that would have been better in some liberal way of thinking?
The gun killed no one, the person killed people, the car would have killed no one the person driving the car would have killed people, there has never been one incident of a gun killing anyone, although there are numerous examples of people killing other people in all kinds of varied and creative ways.
