Baltimore police marked the 17th birthday of a missing Monroe teen on Wednesday by searching a dumpster at the apartment complex where the girl's stepsister lives.
the father is out 'searching', but the mom says he was not in her life at all until recently. another stereotypical black male sperm donor who abandons his baby-mamas & babies.
