Child was taken at gunpoint. Active murder warrant is pending against Moore, Sr. Police say Moore should be considered armed and dangerous.
He is wanted for his alleged role in a shootout that left a man dead last August at a southwest Little Rock motel. Three others have been arrested and police say Moore is the last suspect still being sought. Two other men were wounded in the shootout.
Authorities have arrested a man who allegedly drove Moore to kidnap the child but have not been able to locate Moore himself.
