Friday 0700 presser:

confirmed 2 women dead from multiple gunshots. cousin in custody, will be arraigned this morning. signed confession.

2nd woman is Tonya Howarth, 36. suspect's girlfriend. mother of 2.

i do think there must be way more to this story. the big question-- WHY?
