FILTHY FUCKERS!
(CNN) -- A brother and sister allegedly killed by their mother will be remembered Wednesday evening during a memorial service in Tampa, Florida.
King High School, which Calyx Powers Schenecker, 16, attended, and Liberty Middle School, where Beau Powers Schenecker went, are sponsoring the 6 p.m. service at First Baptist Church of Temple Terrace, the church said.
The church can hold about 1,400 people, Josh Saliba, director of creative ministries, told CNN.
He would not comment on plans by Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas, to protest before the service.
The controversial church has made its name by picketing near funerals of people who died of AIDS, gay people and soldiers.
In a press release, Westboro said the mother is a military wife and "the doomed American military declared war on God & His church."
Julie Schenecker's husband, Parker, is a colonel in the U.S. Army. He is a member of U.S. Central Command. Police told CNN affiliate WFTS that he was in Qatar when his children were killed.
