it IS ok to speculate about how it went down as long as it's clear it's just the poster's OPINION.
i don't verify people who say they are related to cases. but i will tell you all this...in other cases i have had principals, parties and relatives here reading and even posting.
shit i even had Homeland Security here on one case. i thought i was going to the Federal pen for sure!
