I have to say this. Not because I am especially moved to, but because my sleeping pill hasn't kicked in yet and I don't drink like a fish like Dick and FB do. This newb's username is painfully sad. Why in the hell would you call yourself "RJ's Ex" to people you don't know? If your greatest claim to fame is being dumped by some crater-faced reject from a bar band, and you use that as your identity when you could have picked anything in the world, that is beyond pathetically sad. You have to know people are going to ask you about it. The need, the want, to explain it isn't healthy. It's too emotionally needy for me to bear.

He dumped you. For another loser skank that thinks he is a rock star. Move on. Change your name. Don't be fucking pathetic ANY MORE. Take your life back and actually DO something instead of hook up with losers, drink too much beer, and worry about being killed. Jesus fucking Christ.

1) I picked that name b/c it's the first thing that sprang to mind when I had to pick something. I didn't put a whole lot of thought into it or analyze it.
2) No, I didn't "know that people are going to ask me about it". Why would they? There are way more fucked up names/avatars/comments on here than "RJs Ex" and I couldn't give a fuck less what the "meaning" is behind those, so the notion that mine would be particularly teasing and I'm just lying in wait to spill my story is nonsensical.
3) However, since someone asked, I answered. Big fucking deal.
4) For the record, he didn't dump me, I dumped him. And not because he hooked up with someone else. Ok, now go psychoanalyze that.

You should maybe analyze it. I was being HELPFUL pointing out that it is more than mildly pathetic assuming the identity of your estranged husband to people you don't know. I'm surprised you didn't use the band logo for your avatar and offer to buy us .99 drafts on Wednesdays. Most people at least mention what they do in the first few posts, not who they used to fuck and who won't lock their 1993 Nissan pickup.

Let people get to know you before you start whining. That is good advice, unless you want to hang with enablers and lonely empty nesters.
