I think of racist people as believing that ALL of a certain group are a certain way. The vast majority of poor in our area are Hispanics and the vast majority of crime in our area is committed by Hispanics. Does that mean there aren't great, contributing Hispanic families in the community? No.
I'm stating the obvious. To summarize, generalizing based on statistics/facts isn't being racist. Hating an entire group of people because of the actions of some (or even their majority) is.
I don't think you're racist. I think you hate welfare abusing slobs (of every nationality) that won't do shit to help themselves.
