Reading the above it seems that your evidence gathering skills (which as you stated are far superior to mine) have proved fruitless.
You have failed to come up with ONE SINGLE CASE of a middle eastern person with chemical weapons on US soil.
As for the WMD's I suppose we should consider them with the same mythical awe as Eldorados gold or the lost city of Atlantis.
