Yeah, well, the people who get their homes broken into by SWAT team psychos don't have the opportunity to be nice.

I DO get it, though. I rescued dogs in Los Angeles. Shitty, dangerous neighborhoods. If I were a cop in an environment like that, I would become jaded and jumpy. I'd sure as hell hate black people and Mexicans. People's Constitutional rights would probably be the last thing on my mind. This is problematic.
