I absolutely agree. I would not be surprised if one of Johnny's friends took the grave marker. I could see the situation happening, they're there visiting the grave site and think "it won't hurt". Kids sometimes make stupid decisions in the heat of the moment.
I'm sure Maytee made a bigger deal out of the beads than necessary, but if any of this helps lead to an arrest, then so be it. Seems to me LE is pulling at straws tho.
I think it is possible that that some of his friends got wasted and went to visit and said "Hey this is just a temporary marker so lets take it" Could you imagine if you were the person who placed beads there as a kind gesture. Would u tell Maytee? Hell no. She would probably put a curse on you
