Why would you call that arbitrary banning?

Two rules, that's it, two fuckin' rules. Don't make threats of death, I don't really care if it's posed as a question.

When I come across the people that can't even manage something as basic & simple as that then I have no recourse than to think they are stupid. The rules are so simplified that there is no room for misunderstanding, none.
