Elements of both the US & UK govts most certainly do engage in terrorism. 9⁄11 was inside job as was 7/7. The CIA, MI6 and, of course, the Mossad are the biggest behind the scenes terrorists in the world. Then there's the open and out front terrorists called NATO. I'm pretty sure those guys in the Collateral Murder video felt terrorized. The Al Qaeda bullshit is a direct result of Jimmy Carter and Brzezinski.
