Do you ever feel like holding a pillow over those poor dying peoples heads?

Sometimes yes, seeing people in the final stages of terminal cancer who are obviously in terrible pain despite being up to their eyeballs in morphine can be hard.
I have been there at the very end on numerous occasions and seeing them fade away often comes as a relief for them and for me.
Also AIDS and motor neurone are horrible diseases, the victims just seem to slowly shrivel up and waste away.
