I guess I dont get it. I can understand the stress of reliving a horrific event in the courtroom, but if something like that were to happen to me, I'd either want to take care of "justice" myself (1st choice), or make damned sure the courts did. Either way, I don't think that I'd feel shame over something which I had no control over as a youngin.
