How can you even defend him raising such a stink over it? Like the rules don't apply to him...

Meh, he met the rules or he wouldn't have been elected President. That's my point. I don't think anyone "oops" failed to notice that he wasn't U.S. born. Been there, done that. This whole re-hashing of his right to be President of the U.S. is ridiculous IMO.
