the lack of an education is one of the reasons why people turn to crime, the prison system is supposed to rehabilitate, you know little man, take a criminal and change his mind so that he doesn't re offend when released.

Fail 1 - Only your typos are retarded -

Fail 2 - I have a student loan to fund my new education that I will have to pay back every penny of once I start my new job. The UK taxpayer has given me nothing and I owe then nothing.

Fail 3 - The only way to ensure 100% that serious offenders don't re-offend is if they are six feet under. Rehabilitation in most cases doesn't work. Most prisoners come out of prison knowing how to commit more offences than before they went in.
