Ferguson was held on $250,000 cash bail.
Petelis is also being held on $250,000 cash bail. He served probation from 2002-2004 for theft by unauthorized taking and again received two years probation in 2005 for burglary and receiving stolen property in Carroll County, according to the department of corrections.
The department said his probation was revoked in September 2005 after he failed a drug test and he spent a year in the Carroll County House of Corrections as a result.
No bail was granted for Papile.
Papile is currently serving two years probation for theft by unauthorized taking out of Carroll County, according to the department of corrections. He began that in September 2010 and it ends in September 2012.
