What the fuck kind of bullshit rules did some candy assed motherfucker come up with? One page basically says anything goes then when you go to register it says

I offered the rules in red on the registration form because there are idiots out there who:

A) weren't raised to learn (i.e. read) the rules of a house before you do what you want

B) are pretty fucking dumb and interpret the homepage as "anything goes" even in regard to things like porn and doing ridiculous things like posting repeat posts over and over.

You seem to be a "B" person. So, to answer your question more specifically, the kind of cunt that added the rules on the registration form would be a cunt who has no interest in dealing with the kind of moronic assholes that need to have this shit explained to them.
