The simple fact is it's illegal to border jump canada just like it is here. illegal aliens are just that illegal, they have no rights, or privileges in this country or yours.
Thanks, I understand that and pointed out the difference in my last reply. However, the part that you are wrong about is that illegal immigrants have no rights or privileges. Is this the part where I tell you to come back when you are educated? Illegal immigrants are protected under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in Canada and do have many of the same rights as other Canadians, even if they have not attained legal status. The difference is that since they are not citizens, they are subject to deportation if they break the law. The same thing is true, (re. constitutional rights) in the US.
